Do you store my designs or personal data?
No. Easy Grids arranges your elements right inside Canva — your designs, images and text never leave the editor and are never uploaded to us. On our side we only keep what's needed to run your subscription: an opaque Canva account ID, your plan status, a count of your free uses, a reference to your Stripe customer record, and the short-lived checkout token that links this page to your account when you start an upgrade. Your card details are held by Stripe, never by us. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime — no emails, no hoops. Open Easy Grids in Canva and click “Manage Easy Grids subscription” to open your secure Stripe billing portal, then cancel in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you're never charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can change or update your plan anytime from the same Stripe billing portal — the price adjusts on your next renewal.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout runs entirely on Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe — Easy Grids never sees or stores them.
